What should I do if my e-cigarette cartridge expires? Can I still use it?

Expired e-cigarette cartridges should not be used. Unopened cartridges typically have a shelf life of one to one and a half years, while opened cartridges should be used within one month.

Although unopened expired cartridges can theoretically be used, impurities may have entered after opening, and cartridges stored for too long may affect the taste and overall experience.

Cartridges are a core component of e-cigarettes, connecting to the atomizer and are typically used as disposable items. Frequent cartridge replacements or infrequent cleaning of cartridges and the atomizer may affect the hygiene and lifespan of the e-cigarette.

When using an e-cigarette, please note the following:

  • Fully charge the e-cigarette before first use, usually for more than 4 hours.
  • After charging, install a new cartridge and wait at least one minute before use to allow the e-liquid to fully mix with the atomizer.
  • Clean the atomizer regularly to remove accumulated liquid residue, which may affect heating performance and the user experience. It is recommended to clean it at least once a week.
