Check Usage
Sometimes, not producing vapor might be due to the over-inhalation protection mechanism being activated. Like the time I took a really big inhale, the e-cigarette stopped working. Later I found out it was because the continuous inhalation time exceeded 5 seconds, triggering the automatic protection. So, try taking small, slow puffs; that might solve the problem! Also, improperly installed cartridges can cause poor contact, so remember to check that the cartridge is firmly seated on the e-cigarette.
Cleaning the E-cigarette
Over time, dust and debris inevitably accumulate in e-cigarettes. Once, my e-cigarette suddenly stopped producing vapor, and when I wiped it with a cotton swab, I found the contact point at the top of the device and the bottom of the cartridge were covered in dirt. So, regularly clean these key parts with cotton swabs or tissues to ensure unobstructed airflow! Don't forget to clean the air intake as well, otherwise, it will block the suction resistance.
Checking the Cartridge Condition
The cartridge is the "soul" of the e-cigarette; if it malfunctions, it can cause serious problems. Remember to check if the e-liquid cartridges are expired; expired cartridges won't perform as well! Also, pay attention to the e-liquid level; too little e-liquid will result in uneven heating and less vapor production. If you find a faulty cartridge, don't hesitate to replace it with a new one!
Check the Battery and Charger
Dead battery? That's a no-go for your e-cigarette! Ensuring a fully charged battery is crucial. Also, check the connection between the charging cable and the battery to avoid malfunctions caused by poor contact. Choose a suitable charger; avoid those with excessive wattage, as overheating can cause problems!
